Autocharge Terms and Conditions

By activating or using Autocharge in the Voltron application operated by PT Exelly Elektrik Indonesia (“Voltron”) (“App”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Autocharge Terms and Conditions (“Autocharge Terms”). These Autocharge Terms supplement the Terms and Conditions of Voltron Application Use and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply in full. If there is any conflict between these Autocharge Terms and the Terms and Conditions of Voltron Application Use in relation to Autocharge, these Autocharge Terms prevail. Matters not governed by these Autocharge Terms, including limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution, are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Voltron Application Use.

About Autocharge

  • Autocharge lets your electric vehicle start a charging session automatically when it is plugged into a connector that supports Autocharge. This feature applies only to vehicles you have registered and activated in the App. You do not need to scan a QR code or start the session manually in the App.
  • Autocharge is available only at Voltron stations and connectors marked as supporting Autocharge in the App. Not all Voltron stations support Autocharge.

Eligibility

To use Autocharge, you must:

  • have an active Voltron account;
  • register and select an eligible vehicle in the App;
  • select an eligible payment method for that vehicle: a valid credit card, or a Company Profile for which your company administrator has enabled Autocharge;
  • submit an Autocharge request for that vehicle in the App; and
  • complete Activation at a station that supports Autocharge as described under “Request and Activation”.

Voltron Points and other payment methods cannot be used for Autocharge.

Request and Activation

Autocharge is set up in two steps. A Request is the step in the App where you register a vehicle for Autocharge together with its energy limit per session and payment method. Submitting a Request alone does not activate Autocharge. Activation is the step at a charging station that supports Autocharge, when Voltron links that vehicle to your account during a charging session. Once Activation succeeds, Autocharge is active for that vehicle.

  • When requesting, you choose the vehicle, the energy limit per session (in kWh), and the payment method for that vehicle. Each vehicle has its own Autocharge settings. By completing a Request, you consent to and authorise Voltron to charge each Autocharge session of that vehicle to the payment method you selected without separate confirmation for each session, in accordance with these Autocharge Terms.
  • Autocharge becomes active only after you complete Activation. To do this, start a charging session as usual (manually) with the vehicle in your Request at a station that supports Autocharge. Then confirm Activation in the App with your PIN when prompted. The Activation prompt appears only while that session is charging, not after it ends or once idle fees apply, and not for sessions started through a roaming partner’s app.
  • During Activation, Voltron links your vehicle’s unique identifier, which your vehicle sends to the charger, with your account and vehicle. Voltron reads this identifier from the charger for that charging session. If it cannot be read reliably, Activation is not offered for that session. A vehicle can be activated on only one Voltron account. If your vehicle is already registered on another account (for example, a previous owner’s account), contact Voltron support. Voltron may request supporting documents (for example, the vehicle registration certificate (STNK) or other lawful proof of possession of the vehicle) and, after verification, unlink the vehicle from the other account. Until the link is removed, Autocharge sessions started by the vehicle continue to be billed to the account linked to that vehicle.
  • If Activation is not offered, fails, is dismissed, or times out, Autocharge is not active and your current charging session continues normally. You can try Activation again in a later session.

How It Works Once Active

  • Once Autocharge is active for a vehicle, Voltron recognises that vehicle each time it is plugged into a connector that supports Autocharge. A charging session then starts automatically using that vehicle’s Autocharge settings.
  • The session stops automatically when it reaches the energy limit you set, or earlier if the vehicle, the charger, or you stop it.
  • Voltron sends an App notification when an Autocharge session starts. Keep App notifications enabled so you are always aware of Autocharge use on your vehicle.
  • Changes to Autocharge settings (energy limit, payment method, disabling, or revoking) apply to the next session. A running session is not affected and continues up to the limit that applied when it started.

Payment

  • When an Autocharge session starts, Voltron charges, or places a pre-authorisation hold on, the payment method you selected for that vehicle. The amount is based on the energy limit per session you set, plus applicable service fees, taxes, and other charges.
  • If a session delivers less energy than your energy limit per session, the difference in cost is refunded, or the hold is released, to the payment method used. Voltron will process the refund or release no later than 3 Business Days after the session ends. Refund timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
  • The charging tariff, service fees, taxes, and idle fees for an Autocharge session are the same as for a manually started session at the same station. The applicable tariff is the tariff shown in the App when the session starts.
  • Idle fees and other charges arising after the session ends or after the energy limit is reached, and any shortfall in payment for an Autocharge session, will be charged to the same payment method, and you authorise Voltron to make that charge. If that charge fails, the amount owed remains your obligation and may be charged to another payment method registered on your account.
  • If the charge to your payment method is declined when the vehicle is plugged in, the Autocharge session will not start and you will be notified in the App. You can still start a session manually or change your Autocharge payment method.
  • If your selected payment method is removed, expires, or is no longer eligible, Autocharge sessions will not start for that vehicle. You can use Autocharge again once you select another eligible payment method.

Your Responsibility for Linked Vehicles

  • By activating Autocharge, you agree that all charging sessions started by a vehicle linked to Autocharge on your account will be billed to your account. This applies regardless of who is driving the vehicle at the time. Sessions using a Company Profile are excluded and are billed as described under “Company Profiles”. This does not apply where Voltron’s review shows that the session resulted from an error in Voltron’s system in recognising the vehicle.
  • You must disable Autocharge (through the “Enable autocharge” setting) or revoke Autocharge on the vehicle before you sell, transfer, lend, or rent it out. The same applies before you return a rented vehicle. It also applies if someone else will use the vehicle and you do not wish to pay for their charging. Autocharge sessions started before Autocharge is disabled or revoked remain your responsibility.
  • If you find an Autocharge session you do not recognise or suspect unauthorised use, disable Autocharge on the vehicle concerned immediately and contact Voltron support. Voltron will review the related session and charger records. Reports must be made no later than 30 calendar days from the date of the session concerned. If the review shows that the session did not originate from your vehicle or resulted from an error in Voltron’s system, Voltron will refund the cost of that session to the payment method used.
  • Revoking Autocharge does not remove the vehicle from your account. You can request Autocharge again at any time.

Company Profiles

  • Autocharge can use a Company Profile only if that company’s administrator has enabled Autocharge for its group.
  • Autocharge sessions using a Company Profile are billed to the company under the corporate billing agreement in force between the company and Voltron. These sessions can start only at stations covered by that Company Profile.
  • The company administrator may disable Autocharge for its group at any time. If this happens or you are removed from the Company Profile, new Autocharge sessions will not start on vehicles using that profile. You can use Autocharge again once you select another eligible payment method. A running session continues until the energy limit is reached.

Compatibility and Service Availability

  • Not all vehicles support Autocharge. Some vehicles do not send a fixed identifier and cannot be recognised reliably. Voltron does not guarantee that any particular vehicle can use Autocharge.
  • Voltron does not guarantee that an Autocharge session will always start. A session may not start or may stop because of vehicle incompatibility, technical faults, network or power interruptions, payment declines, or other causes. In such cases you can still start a charging session manually in the App. To the extent permitted by law, Voltron is not liable for losses arising because an Autocharge session cannot start or stops, unless such losses result from Voltron’s fault or negligence.
  • If your vehicle is plugged into a connector that does not support Autocharge, the session will not start automatically and you will be notified to start it manually.

Voltron’s Right to Suspend or Revoke

  • Voltron may suspend, limit, or revoke Autocharge on your account or vehicle, and may stop a running Autocharge session. Reasons may include disputes over a vehicle identifier, repeated payment failures, suspected misuse, security reasons, or technical and operational reasons. Voltron will notify you of such action through the App. If a running session is stopped, you are charged only for the energy delivered and other applicable charges.
  • You can still start charging sessions manually, unless your account is also suspended or restricted under the Terms and Conditions of Voltron Application Use.
  • Voltron may modify, temporarily suspend, or discontinue the Autocharge service as a whole with prior notice through the App.

Vehicle Data

The vehicle identifier and related Autocharge data are processed in accordance with the Voltron Privacy Policy. The link between the identifier and your account is removed from Voltron’s systems when you revoke Autocharge, delete the vehicle, or delete your account. The vehicle identifier linked to your account is treated as personal data and is processed for vehicle identification, billing, misuse prevention, and complaint and dispute handling. Removing the link does not delete records of past sessions and transactions, which are retained for the period required by law or as needed for billing, dispute handling, and compliance.

Support and Disputes

For questions, complaints, or disputes about an Autocharge session, contact Voltron support through the App. Voltron will review the related session and charger records to follow up on your report. Further resolution of disputes is subject to the dispute resolution provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Voltron Application Use, without prejudice to your rights under consumer protection laws and regulations.

Changes to the Autocharge Terms

Voltron may amend these Autocharge Terms from time to time. Changes will be notified through the App at least 7 calendar days before they take effect. If you do not agree to the changes, you may disable or revoke Autocharge before they take effect. Your use of Autocharge after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
